Privacy

Your privacy, in plain words

This site is run by Fiona Finlayson, the owner of ffinlaysonart. Here’s exactly what happens with your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into the signup form: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your first name, plus the date you signed up.

Why

To send you your discount code and, now and then, news, new pieces and offers from ffinlaysonart. Nothing else.

Where it’s kept

Your details are stored privately on this website’s server. They are never sold, rented or shared. The site is built and hosted by Exclusive Website Online on Fiona Finlayson’s behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask for your details to be deleted, by emailing hello@ffinlaysonart.exclusivewebsite.online.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, no tracking or advertising, and no outside analytics services. To see how the site is doing, it counts anonymous visit statistics on its own server: which page was viewed, the referring site (for example Instagram or a search engine), whether the device is a phone or a computer, and clicks on the shop button. This is done without cookies and without storing IP addresses; only daily totals are kept, so the numbers can’t be linked to you.

Your browser keeps one small note (local storage) so the signup popup doesn’t reappear after you’ve signed up or said no thanks; it expires after 30 days. Fonts and images load from this site only. Purchases are completed in the online shop, under that shop’s own privacy policy.
